PeppyCart keeps ane eagle eye on all the products which are being uploaded by the sellers.
Every product goes thorough approval process and our product management team makes sure that we are not selling any product or service which is banned by the GOI.
PeppyCart doesn't sells any products under the category of Alcohol, Cigarettes, Pornographic Content and Crypto Currency, on its portal.


PeppyCart is currently shipping all over India. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.
At PeppyCart we always strive hard to ship your products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Duration

The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary.
Usually all our products are shipped out between 1 - 10 working days depending on the product variant. In situations beyond PeppyCart's control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, PeppyCart will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page, we have given the liberty in the hands of sellers to define their minimal shipping charges or even to keep the product shipping free.

Returns & Exchanges

The return and exchange policy for each product is defined by the seller and is available for the buyer to view on product detail page.
If the product delivered product is found to be damaged, then PeppyCart holds the responsibility of getting it returned/exchanged.
You must raise a return request by emailing us on hello@peppycart.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order and keep below things in mind:
  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
  • Product must be in perfect condition
Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products via Bank Account Transfer.
Please note the shipping charges which were applicable will not be refunded
Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit

0rder Cancellations

For Non Personalized products, the order can be cancelled anytime before its shipped by the seller.
For Personalized products, the order can't be cancelled once it is being picked up by the seller for personalization. In this case the order Cancel button will be disabled once the order is being picked up by the seller.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
This amount will be paid via Bank Account Transfer.
Please note: PeppyCart reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

EMI Option:
EMI (Credit Card) is a convenient payment option that you can choose to pay for the order in easy installments to the credit card issuing bank.
Cash On Delivery:
Currently we are not having any Cash On Delivery Service. Soon we will be coming up with this facility.
Payment Failure:
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.
Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:
  • GST applicability:
  • For a product,
  • if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017 and
  • if the order is placed before 15th November, 2019, and,
  • total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then GST may be collected from customer in addition to product price, post discounts. The discounts include those resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.
  • For a product, if the order is placed on or after 15th November 2019, the discounted prices displayed on PeppyCart platform shall be inclusive of all taxes, including GST.
  • GST amount: If applicable, the amount of GST collected from customer depends on category, for example
  • Apparel/Clothing: Max 12%
  • Footwear: Max 18%
  • Home Furnishing: Max. 28%
  • Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28%
  • On and from 15th November, 2019, the discounted prices displayed on the PeppyCart platform shall be inclusive of all taxes.
If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.
